1. Introduction 簡介

Many cities around the world are becoming “super-aged societies”. “SUPER AGENTSᵀᴹ: Age-friendly Future Beyond 2050” is a policy simulation game that allows players to experience the challenges we will face in a super-aged society.

By taking on the roles of different agents, players will discuss and make decisions, and consider the allocation of a city’s resources. Through the game, they can quickly grasp the complex ideas of ageing challenges, stakeholder dynamics, and understand the responses we can take, with their pros and cons.

The game comes with comprehensive teaching resources. It provides a fun, interactive, and reflective learning experience for students, charities, non-profit organisations, and corporates to explore together how each of us can contribute to building an age-friendly future.

世界上很多城市，包括香港，即將成為超高齡社會。《超齡特工ᵀᴹ：樂齡未來 2050+》是一款政策模擬遊戲，讓玩家透過遊戲，體驗超高齡社會所面對的挑戰。

遊戲透過扮演不同功能的特工，讓玩家討論同決策、思考城市資源分配，從而掌握人口老化帶來的挑戰、了解社會中不同持份者的互動、以及思考應對措施的利弊。

遊戲提供完整的教學資源，能為學生、非牟利機構、企業中等不同人士，帶來一個有趣、並具反思性的互動學習體驗，了解我們每一個人能如何共同建設一個年齡友善的未來。

Yes! Players can follow the instructions in the rulebook to play casually.
You can also access the Instruction Deck (by scanning the QR code in the rulebook) for a step-by-step guide.

There are 5 to 8 roles in the game. For larger groups, each role can be shared by more than one player.

The expected playtime is about 45 minutes. As discussion time varies, actual gameplay may take a little more or less time.
A mini-version lasting around 30–45 minutes is also available, included in the teaching materials and facilitator training.

The game is available in both English and Traditional Chinese.

The game is recommended for ages 12 and above. For younger students (P3–P6), we offer simplified sessions and facilitator guides.

Most players should be able to follow the rulebook and Instruction Deck to play, while facilitation helps participants reflect and learn more deeply.

We generally arrange sessions on both weekdays and weekends, as well as online sessions suitable for different time zones, so that everyone can find a convenient timeslot.

Game experience sessions typically last 1 to 2.5 hours, depending on your schedule.
Shorter sessions include less discussion, while longer ones include a full debrief.
